this machine are a north east England based rock covers band with more than 10 years experience.
They currently operate as a five piece playing music from artists as diverse as:
Cinderella, T.Rex, Thunder, Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, LA Guns, KISS, Dead Daisies, Zodiac Mindwarp, Skin, ACDC, Alex Harvey, Electric Boys, Billy Idol, Whitesnake, Van Halen, Saxon, the Sweet and the Beatles with new songs constantly being added.
Statement re gigs
this machine have decided to put gigs on hold until 2021 due to the current covid 19 pandemic.
We have taken the decision as we feel until we can enjoy a beer side by side with our friends gigs are not going be enjoyable with limited audiences, no dancing and limited interaction between band and crowd. This is an enjoyable hobby for us and if we can't go out all guns blazing we would rather wait.
The other reason is Tony (our drummer) is currently struggling with an ongoing shoulder problem which means he cannot play the drums to his usual high standards and without pain. The break allows Tony to recover and the band to continue working on new covers for when we do play again.
We are also starting to write our own songs with a view to recording an album.
Exciting times ahead stay safe and hopefully catch you all next year.
